Studio policies

A few important details to keep every appointment lovely and stress-free.

Deposit

A $15 deposit is required to book your appointment.
Your deposit will be applied toward your total service.
Deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling & cancellations

You may reschedule one time with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

Punctuality

Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled based on availability.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit.

Guests

Please come alone or bring only one guest.
For safety reasons, children and pets are not allowed in the work area.
